Organizational Culture finds its essence in a combination of foundational pillars that collectively define its character. Values and Beliefs serve as guiding principles, shaping the ethical compass and decision-making processes within the company (Shahzad et al., 2012). Behavioral Norms set the tone for interactions and expectations among employees, dictating how tasks are approached and completed. The Communication Style prevalent in an organization influences information flow, transparency, and the exchange of ideas, impacting collaboration and innovation. Additionally, the Work Environment, encompassing physical spaces and emotional atmospheres, significantly affects employee well-being and productivity (Vodonick, 2018). These pillars, interwoven, establish a cultural framework that guides attitudes, behaviors, and the overall ambiance within the organization.
